Corporate Events Packages
Holiday Parties or Celebratory Events
This package covers all planning and hosting of your holiday party or awards ceremony. From beginning (no earlier than 1 year before event date) to end, this package includes the following:

Coordination of Event beginning the day Agreement is signed and deposit is received

Budget management and payment tracking

Venue selection (including accompanying to up to 2 tours, no more than 60 mins each)

Vendor selection & coordination (including accompanying to up to 2 meetings, per vendor type, no more than 60 mins each)

Sabrina will accompany to one vendor meeting, per vendor type, after selections are made and before day of Event.

Design Coordination (i.e., theme, colors, & décor)
-
Floor plan, seating, and itinerary/timeline coordination
-
Full day-of coordination, for up to 8 hours, including: vendor deliveries, décor setup & clean-up, and itinerary management throughout Event

Interception of any issues on day-of Event

Unlimited emails and call/text availability (response times may vary)
Seminar or Training Events
This package covers the coordination of your next training event for your staff, including the following:

Coordination of Event beginning the day Agreement is signed and deposit is received

Budget management and payment tracking

Venue selection (including accompanying to up to 2 tours, no more than 60 mins each)
-
Catering coordination (including breakfast and/or lunch ordering)
-
Design & A/V coordination (i.e., classroom setup, need for microphones, projectors, etc.)

Floor plan & seating coordination
-
Setup of event location (as needed; i.e., organizing seating, sign-in tables, etc.)
-
Unlimited emails and call/text availability (response times may vary)
